Promoting Learning Activities for the Young, Inc. also known as P.L.A.Y. is a North Los Angeles County Regional Center vendor that focuses on providing early intervention services to children birth to three years of age who have a disability or are considered high risk of developing a disability.

Our program provides clients with the opportunities that will allow them to master the skills zero- to three-year-old’s should have acquired. In addition, the clients will carry over these newly learned skills into the classroom, home, and community.

Our comprehensive approach is based upon known principles of growth and development. We make use of different activities to enhance progress in each of the basic developmental domains.
